Let's get lost in the Maize! This is an opportunity to meet other members of the group and have some fun. While this is a social event, feel free to bring your camera - there promises to be lots of Kodak moments.
The 2009 Temple Hall Farm Corn Maize and Fall Festival is back and bigger and better than ever! This year’s Fall Festival may be the best yet. In addition to the ever popular pony rides, corn cannons and cow train, Temple Hall has cooked up a few new features this year sure to put a smile on everyone’s face.
Want to launch a pumpkin 100 yards through the air? Then we've got the perfect toy for you - Pumpkin Blasters. These new features at the farm are essentially big artillery (safe for all ages) pieces that load and fire pumpkin at long range targets.
Meanwhile, see how high you can jump on the massive jumping pillows! These huge air filled bubbles will send you and your family bouncing many feet into the air, producing unlimited fun for everyone. There’s even a smaller one just for the little guys. When you’re finished, head over and catch the next pig race! Or, Pick your own Pumpkin Patch, enjoy the hayrides and enjoy plenty of great food!
And don’t forget about the Maize! This year’s maize is 24 acres, celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Northern Virginia Regional Park Authority. Make your way through a giant kayaker, a child roasting marshmallows, a golfer taking aim, a person on horseback and, of course, a Temple Hall racing pig! There’s even an NVRPA passport with fun facts about our local parks to guide you through. It’s our best design ever and promises potentially hours of fun for everyone.
Admission: $9. You can print a discount coupon by

If it's been raining on the days prior to the event, I'd recommend wearing old shoes as it can be muddy.
